During Arthur Brett's presentation, the work of Owen Kelly in developing the Level One Coaching Course programme was acknowledged.
The A.G.M. concluded with the presentation of a number of awards and certificates. Ivan Shorten and Alan Hurley were presented with Level Two Coaching Certificates and Tony Higgins was awarded a trophy for National Press Officer of the Year! A full list of winners can be found here.
The provisional Calendar of Events for the 2014-15 season was distributed and as these dates are confirmed they will be posted on the Table Tennis Ireland and Munster Table Tennis web-sites.
Alan Hurley (South Coast Table Tennis) and Jimmy Hayes (Cloughjordan) were both congratulated on establishing new clubs in the Munster Region during the 2013-14 season.
It is likely that 2015 will see a significant increase in Affiliation fees.
